Look for solutions that worked for other instructors.
Quick fixes
- Set your browser to meet system requirements and allow Pearson websites and content.
- Check your spam folder for Pearson emails.
- For issues with grades, do a manual sync using Sync now.
- You might need to remove these characters from your Revel or eText content and LMS courses, including course name, section title, and assignments: \ / " * < > + = | , % ! & : ? -. Make sure names are no more than 128 characters.
