Quick fixes

  • Set your browser to meet system requirements and allow Pearson websites and content.
  • Check your spam folder for Pearson emails.
  • For issues with grades, do a manual sync using Sync now.
  • You might need to remove these characters from your Revel or eText content and LMS courses, including course name, section title, and assignments: \ / " * < > + = | , % ! & : ? -. Make sure names are no more than 128 characters.
