Troubleshooting: Copy content

Try these fixes for errors, such as ECC_02, when copying content:

• Refresh the browser page.
• When sharing content with other instructors, generate or use the code starting from your LMS course. Doing this directly from Pearson won't work.
• For problems with a copy code, check with the instructor who gave it to you.
• Remove any unsupported characters from the section title and settings of your courses: \ / " * < > + = | , % ! & : ? -. Make sure names don't exceed 128 characters.
