Hiding or Showing Notes

If you see the following button in your eText toolbar, you can hide and show notes in the eText.

To hide or show notes on the page:

1. Click the arrow to the right of the Note Tool button.
2. Depending on the note's current state, select Hide Notes option to hide notes or Show Notes option to show notes from the drop-down menu.

If you select the Hide Notes option, Note tool button appears with a red color symbol indicating that it has been disabled. When the Note Tool button is in disabled state, the following conditions exist: 

• Previously created notes are hidden.
• You cannot create additional notes.
