Open AskPearson from an eTextbook in a web browser
- From most eTextbooks —
Select your initials (top right) to open your account settings, Help & support, then Contact Support. - From PDF eTextbooks —
Select
then Contact Support. (The pages in PDF eTextbooks match the printed textbook exactly.)
Open AskPearson from an eTextbook in the Pearson+ app
From an open eTextbook —

Account, then select Help & support.

Different kinds of eTextbooks
If you report an issue with your eTextbook, you might be asked what kind of eTextbook you have.
- From an open eTextbook (in a browser) —
Select your initials (top right) to open your account settings, then select Title info. - From Pearson+ in a web browser —

for the applicable eTextbook. - From the Pearson+ app

Select an eTextbook then look for the type under Format.
“Integrated SMS eText” shows with the type, whether Bronte ePub, CITE, PXE, or PDF (from newest to oldest). Of these types, Bronte ePub might provide the greatest number of eTextbook features and PDF the least. PDF eTextbook pages match the print textbook pages exactly.
