Upload from our FTP server into Golden Gate

To upload a file using the FTP server option, you must add your titles to the Revel and eText 2.0 FTP server. You cannot ingest files that are located on other FTP servers. Files older than 60 days will be removed from the Revel and eText 2.0 FTP server. The ePub file for eText 2.0 should be no larger than 2 GB.

  1. Select the FTP Upload tab.

  2. Enter the required FTP information.

    File Path: Enter this URL for this FTP server, where project_name is the folder that contains all your ePub files: ftp://ec2-54-215-182-182.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com/production/group_name/project_name/file_name

    If your group (such as School or Higher Ed HSS) doesn’t yet have a folder on the server, contact ggmbops@pearson.com to create one.

    Username and Password: Enter the FTP server username and password.

  3. Click Upload.
