Enter student IDs

Before you download student scores and upload them into another system, such as a Learning Management System (LMS), give the accounts in both systems the same student IDs.

When you download scores from Learning Catalytics as a .csv file, use the student ID column to combine Learning Catalytics grades with other grades.

  • Student IDs can be a school ID, a Learning Management System ID, or any other unique identifier.

You or your students can enter student IDs.

  1. Click the Courses tab at the top of the Learning Catalytics page.
  2. Click the course for which you want to enter student IDs.
  3. Click Students.
  4. Click in a student's Student ID column and enter the ID.
  1. When a student logs into Learning Catalytics, the student's login name is displayed in the upper right of the Learning Catalytics window.
  2. Students click their names to show their My Account page. From there they can update their Student IDs and other information.
