Using an LMS? If you work in Blackboard, Canvas, D2L Brightspace, Moodle, Sakai, or Schoology, you may have an email feature available from your LMS. More about Mastering with a learning management system
When available for your course, you can use Early Alerts to email students.
Use the eText Analytics Dashboard to send email to students with low engagement in the eTextbook. Details about the eText Analytics Dashboard
Create a Mastering course announcement and then select Also send as email.
- Let students know that the sender address is mastering@pearsoncmg.com, and suggest that they add this address to their list of approved senders so your mail isn't blocked.
- If students respond to this email, their responses are sent to the email address associated with your Pearson educator account.
- Export Gradebook data to a .csv file.
- Open the exported .csv file.
One column lists all student email addresses.
- Copy the addresses in that column and paste them into the "To:" or "CC:" line of your email program.
This method works in email programs like gmail, but not in others.
