Display grades as points

The MyLab defaults to displaying assignment grades as points in the gradebook. However, if you switched to displaying grades as percentages and now want to go back to points, use this procedure.

Whether you are using points or percentages for grading assignments, the MyLab scores all Resource exercises on a percentage basis, with 100 being the highest score.

When you display grades as points, the gradebook does not compute or display calculated or weighted columns.

To display assignment grades as points:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Click Review Class Progress under Manage Student Resources on the Home page.
   • Click the Gradebook tab. 
2. Select Student Results Summary.
3. Click the Customize link.
4. Select Choose How Grades Will Be Displayed and click the Continue button.
5. Select Points and click the Continue button.
6. Click the Save button to save your changes.
