My Archived Courses

Clicking the View Archived Courses button on the My Courses page displays My Archived Courses. This page lists your archived courses (the MyLab archives a course at 11:59 p.m. on the course's end date in the course's time zone.)

Tip: To either reactivate an archived course or archive an active course, change the course's end date. (See Edit Course Details.)

From the My Archived Course page, you can:

Click a course link to open the course. For example, you could open the course and edit its settings to change the end date, thus reactivating the course.
Click the Copy This Course button to create a copy of an archived course.
Click the Delete This Course button to delete the course and its data.
Click the Return to My Courses button to go back to the My Courses screen.

Note: A student's access to your course is dictated by the course start date and the end date of the student's access code. Because an access code is valid for at least 12 months, a student can continue to work and practice in a course as long as the access code is valid, which may be past the course's end date.
