Reset All Scores for a Student

Use this procedure when you need to delete all scores for a student and keep the student in the course. This feature is particularly useful when a student is taking your course again, and you need to clear the previous grades.

Note: You can also reset just one score, such as a diagnostic or exercise score. See Reset a Student's Scores for more information.

To reset (clear) all scores for a student:

1. Display the class roster.
2. Click the Delete Student Work button for the applicable student.
3. Click OK to confirm the deletion of the student's scores.
