Clear a Diagnostic Score

Use this procedure when you need to clear or remove a student's diagnostic scores. The student can then retake the diagnostic tests.

To clear a diagnostic score:

1. Click the Gradebook tab.
2. Click Class Summary to display the Class Summary report.
3. Click the name of the student for whom you want to clear diagnostic scores.
4. Click .

   The MyLab opens a window that lists the diagnostic tests the student has completed.

5. Select the check boxes for the scores that you want to clear.
6. Click the Clear Scores button.

   The MyLab clears the scores.
