Clear an Exercise Score

Use this procedure when you need to clear or remove a student's score for an exercise. The student can then work through the exercise again.

To clear an exercise score:

1. Click the Gradebook tab.
2. Click Class Summary to display the Class Summary report.
3. Click the name of the student for whom you want to clear a score.
4. Click the blue plus to expand the topic for which you want to reset a score.
5. Click the score for the exercise you want to reset.

   The MyLab opens a new window that displays the exercise questions and the student's responses.

6. Click the Reset button to clear the student's score.
