View a Draft History

A draft history displays the versions of an essay that you have submitted for review and the reviewer's comments and scores. For example a draft history would show an essay you submitted to your instructor and the instructor's comments and score. A draft history also displays comments from Pearson Tutor Services and automated feedback on Writing Practice exercises.

You can display draft histories from the Study Plan and Gradebook:

To display a draft history from the Gradebook:

  1. Click the Gradebook tab.
  2. Select Writing from the Student Detail drop-down.
  3. Click the View button.
  4. Locate the topic for which you want to display the draft history.
  5. Click the topic's blue plus sign.
  6. Click the Write exercise's Score.

The draft history opens in a separate window.

To display a draft history from the Study Plan:

  1. Click the Study Plan tab.
  2. Click Writing to expand the list of writing topics.
  3. Click the topic for which you want to display the draft history.

The Submitted link is displayed when you have submitted the essay to the instructor and are waiting for review comments and score. The Score link is available when you have received feedback and a grade on the essay.
