Reorder and sort columns

You can change gradebook column order in the following ways:

Each column on the Gradebook > Grades and Gradebook > Custom Viewpages has an order icon . Click the icon to drag and drop the column to a new location.
Select Move Column from the column options menu. In the window, enter the number of the column that you want to move to the left of the selected column and click Save.

Any changes you make are saved and available the next time you open the gradebook.

Note: The order icon and the Move Column option are not available if you filter the page or search by title.

To sort column values, click the column label to arrange the data in ascending or descending order. "Pending" activities that are waiting for a manual grade sort based on the score of any auto-graded questions in the activity.

Note: The default student account (_student, _student) is not included in any sorting. This account information always appears in the last row.
