Generate reports

The basic steps for running any type of report are:

  1. Click Gradebook > Reports.
  2. Click Performance and select the type of report you want to run.
  3. Specify the report settings.
  4. To save the settings in the My Reports section, select Save settings to My Reports.
  5. To view the report, click Run Report. For an explanation of the data included in reports, see Interpret report data.
  6. To print or download the report, click the Print or Download button in the top-right corner. For details see, Print and download reports.
  7. To close the report window, click Close.

Note: Teaching assistants need permission to run reports. Use the Preferences > Permissions page to control what teaching assistants can do in your course.
