  1. Click Support in the top-right corner of any course window.

    The window provides information about your course, computer, and browser.

  2. If you use an Internet Explorer browser and need to copy and save or send this information to a support representative, click Copy to clipboard. Then paste the text into another application.

Note: If your MyLab has been updated since you copied it from the catalog, an alert may appear on the page. Follow the directions to find the new version of the course in the catalog. If you decide to update the course, any existing grades, students, or content changes you made will not be moved to the new course.
