Add materials to multiple sections

You can add individual assets, folders, and templates to multiple sections of a course.

You an also add assets, folders, and templates from other courses in which you are currently enrolled; for more information, see Add materials from another course.

To add assets, folders or templates to multiple sections:

  1. From the Course Materials page, click Add from Library.
  2. Navigate to the asset, folder, or template you want to add, and then select Add to Multiple Sections from its options menu.
  3. On the Add to Multiple Sections pop-up, select the sections where you want to add the asset, folder, or template.
  4. Click Add. The selected course materials are added to the respective My Course area of the each selected section. A pop-up then appears asking whether you want to schedule the course materials.
  5. Click Yes, to set the scheduling options for the selected course materials, or click No to add the materials without scheduling them.

Note: By default, course materials are added to the root folder in the My Course area. If you want the materials to be saved in a particular folder, navigate to that folder in the My Course area of a particular section and then repeat the steps above.
