Run embedded activity reports

These reports provide summary data on the percentage of students that passed or failed the activity.
When enabled in the course, the available embedded activity reports are:
- Activity Report 1: Shows the number of students who scored above or below the passing threshold, and their average score on the activity. Data is presented in a vertical bar graph.
- Activity Report 2: Shows the percentage of students who attempted, passed, and failed the activity, and their average score on the activity. Data is presented in a horizontal bar graph.
To view embedded activity reports:
- Click Gradebook > Grades.
- From any activity options menu, select the activity report (Activity Report 1 or Activity Report 2) you want to view.
- Another way to view the reports is to
click Course Content and from any activity
options menu, select the activity report (Activity
Report 1 or Activity Report 2)
you want to view.
If you do not see Activity Report 1 or Activity Report 2 in the options menu for activities it means your course is not enabled for embedded reporting (Enable embedded reporting is cleared on the Preferences > General page).
- Each report has a graph. Click the graph to open it in an expanded pop-up window.
- To view detailed data, click Detailed Report. To return to the summary report, click the report name link in the upper-left corner of the page.
- To print or download the report, click Print or Download button in the upper-right corner. For details see, Print and download reports.
- To close the report window, click Close.
If you use Search to find activities in your course, you also access the embedded activity reports from the options menus of activities that appear in your search results.
