Set Shared Libraries preferences

Updated 19 Feb 2024

Use the Preferences > Shared Libraries page to view the available shared libraries. Shared libraries are created by Pearson and are associated with the course.

Shared library courses appear as Supplemental Courses in the Change Source menu, which, when enabled, appears on the Course Materials > Add from Library page. To view the Change Source menu, enable the Allow Instructors to copy content into this course from another course in which they are enrolled option on the Preferences > Copy Content page.

  1. Click Course Materials > Add From Library or Course Materials > Manage Course Materials.
  2. Click the preferences icon in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Click Shared Libraries in the Instructor column.
