Restrict access to readiness check materials
Updated 19 Feb 2024
You can require students to enter a password to open the readiness check pre-test, study materials, or post-test. You can also restrict access to readiness check elements to certain machines.
The ability to restrict the actual readiness check elements, rather than the readiness checks as a whole is only available in courses in which the readiness check appears in expanded view.
- On the Preferences > Study Plan page, ensure Display expanded study plan on Course Materials page is selected (if available to you).
- Go to the Course Materials > Manage Course Materials page.
- Select Open Study Plan from the readiness check options menu.
- Depending on the element you want to restrict, from the options menu of the pre-test, post-test, or study materials, select Restrict Access.
The Restrict Access window includes the following options to restrict access:
- Require proctor password
