Run browser check

Certain courses may required you to tune up your browser. This ensures your computer has the correct browser and software plug-in programs installed before you start to work. If you are prompted to do so, click Tune up your browser and follow the on screen instructions.

You need to repeat the steps in this topic for every computer from which you access your course. For example, if you access your course in a lab location or on a friend's computer, you need to check that the correct browser and plug-ins are installed on those machines.

If you see a black exclamation mark next to the browser name or browser setting, you need to either install another version of your browser or switch to another browser.
