View the Activity Summary and Study Plan Results report

The Activity Summary and Study Plan Results report shows detailed information about your performance. You can also print or download the report information.
If enabled, to open the report, click View Report from the context menu of a submitted activity, study plan pre-test, or post-test on the Grades or Custom View page.
- Click Print at the top right to select print options.
- Click Download at the top right to download the report as a .csv file.
The following information is displayed at the top of the report:
- Activity or study plan name
- Your name
- Class name
- Instructor's name
- Report Run Date
- Date Range of the data available in the report
The report data table displays information about your performance:
- Activity Title: Displays the name of the activity or study plan pre-test or post-test and the Attempt Record, which is the attempt your instructor has requested to have posted to the gradebook, options are: Highest, Lowest, First, Last or Average.
- Activity Type: Indicates the item category (such as test, homework, quiz, pre-test, post-test)
- Attempt #: Lists each attempt you submitted (first (1), second (2), and so on)
- Submitted: Date and time of your submission Grade: Your grade.
- Grade: May display "---" if no grade is available or if your instructor has not applied a grade schema for the course.
- Score: Your grade, expressed as a percentage.
- Time in Activity: Total time you spent working on the activity, in hours and minutes. (This information does not display for study plan pre-tests and post-tests.)
- Submission/Study Guide: Click View to open the Detail Results/Study Guide.
The Detail Results/Study Guide window displays the answers you submitted for a particular activity. Just like the View Submission window, it displays the submissions list on the left and the activity preview pane on the right.
The Detail Results/Study Guide window also displays general information about the activity. To view (or hide) general information about the activity, click the Show Info (Hide Info) link that appears at the top left of the window. Available information includes:
- Total submissions: Total number of submissions made by students.
- Questions: Total number of questions in the activity.
- Available (if applicable): Dates on which the activity is scheduled to be available ("---" indicates that the activity is always available).
- Max. attempts allowed: Total number of attempts allowed for the activity.
- Attempt Record: When your instructor allows you to attempt an activity multiple times, one score is recorded in the Gradebook. This field indicates which score is recorded.
- Max. Time to Complete: Time allowed for completing the activity, as defined by your instructor. ("---" indicates there is no time limit).
