Course details

You can see a course's:

• General details
• Products
• Active and inactive enrollments

Important:  

• You can view but not change course details. For changes, contact dcps@pearson.com.
• If there are more than 1,000 products associated with the course or active and inactive enrollments for the course, a message notifies you and no items are displayed. If you're accessing CAS from a mobile device, you might encounter slow response times or need to re-start CAS.

General details

You can see a course's:

• ID and status
• Name of the instructor teaching the course
• Date the course was created
• Dates for the start and end of the course
• Dates through which students can enroll in the course

Products

You can see all the products associated with a course. People who enroll in a course register for these products. Product details include:

• Name, identifier, and status
• Payment method:
  • access code
  • credit card or PayPal (US only)
  • credit card (non-US)
  • temporary access
  • open registration

Note: A product should be set up to have only one payment method. If a product has multiple payment methods, this messages appears: Product is misconfigured. There are multiple payment methods. Contact DCPS (dcps@pearson.com) to correct the product configuration.

Active and inactive course enrollments

Students who register through MMND registration enroll in the course. A course enrollment can have these statuses:

• Active: The student has successfully enrolled and can access the course materials. Active course enrollments are sorted alphabetically by last name. Upper case results are sorted above lower case results, so John Yangappears before alice albertson.
• Pending: The student can only access the course materials after processing of the enrollment finishes. Pending course enrollments still being processed appear under Active Course Enrollments. Pending course enrollments are indicated by:
• Inactive: The student can't access the course materials. Inactive course enrollments are sorted by alphabetically by last name. Upper case results are sorted above lower case results, so John Yangappears before alice albertson.
