Browsing Organization Levels

After you select an organization, you can browse its parent and child levels in the hierarchy. For example, you might know the district (parent) but not the particular school (child) you want.

To browse an organization's levels:

1. Click Browse more organization levels. The Browse an Organization window appears.
2. If you want to, in the Name box, enter a different organization name.
3. Use the expand/collapse arrows to browse through the levels in the organization hierarchy. You will be informed if there are no higher or lower organization levels.
4. Select the level you want.
5. Click Select to return to the previous page and add the organization.
