Forgot your username or password?

If you forget your username or password, you can look them up using your email address or username.

To get your username or password:

1. In the Username or Email box, enter the username or email address associated with your Pearson account.
2. Click Submit. A message indicates:
   • If your account is found, you will receive an email with instructions to sign in or reset your password.
   • If your account is not found, you will not receive an email. Enter a different username or email address on the Forgot your username or password? page or contact Support.
3. From the Thank You page, click Go back to sign in. You return to the Sign In with Your Pearson Account page. Sign in according to the instructions from the email you received.
