Receiving Student Results

To test how students send you the results of their assessments, you can create a profile as follows:

  1. Click the Profile button at the top of any Companion Website page. The Profile window opens.
  2. Under Personal Information, fill in your name and email address in the boxes provided.
  3. Under Instructor Information, enter your name and email address, as well as the name and email addresses of other staff members who should receive assessment results.
  4. Under Send quiz results to, click the button to the left of Instructor, as well as buttons to the left of other staff members who should receive results.
  5. In the drop-down box next to each recipient's name, click an option for how to send results:
    • As plain text in the body of an email message
    • As HTML in the body of an email message
    • As an attachment to an email message
    • As an HTML attachment to an email message
  6. Click the Submit Profile button.

Note: You can update a profile at any time by clicking the Profile button again, clicking the Clear Profile button at the bottom of the page, and submitting new profile information.
