Spam Blockers May Block Quiz Results
As the problem of email spam has grown, many network administrators and Internet Service Providers have installed spam-blocking programs that filter out email that looks like it could be spam. These spam blockers sometimes treat the email messages used to send quiz results as spam. As a result, the Instructor does not receive the email, which is blocked or routed into a Junk Mail folder.
If you find that you are not receiving quiz results, contact your school's network administrator (if you have a school email account) or your Internet Service Provider and describe the problem. Advise them that the emails are sent from the pearsoncmg.com server, and that emails from this server should be added to their list of trusted domains.
