What is a Pearson Education account?
A Pearson Education user account is the way we identify you so that you can get access to the products you registered for. You provide basic information: your name, email address, school, unique login name and password, and a security question.
You have a Pearson Education account if you have ever used one of our online courses, such as MyMathLab, MasteringPhysics, MyItLab, MyPoliSciKit, MathXL, MyEconLab, MyPsychLab, MyHistoryKit, MyNursingLab, GOAL, or another Pearson website. Each time you register for another course, you can reuse your account.
Your Pearson Education account works for any of these publishers:
Use your existing login name and password when you register for a new Pearson product
You can use the same Pearson Education user account every time you register for a product. Just click "Yes, Look Me Up" and provide your login name and password. The account information is filled in for you! And, you'll only have one login name and password to remember.
If you don't remember the login name and password you used before, you can:
- Check your email for a message from product.support@pearsoned.com. You get a confirmation email every time you register for a course. Included in the email is the login name and password for your Pearson Education user account.
- Click "Forgot your Login Name/Password?" on the first page when you're registering. Type in your email address or login name and you'll immediately get an email with the login name and password.
To see your Pearson Education user account information
The Account Summary page is an easy way to see all the products you registered for using a login name and password. To get to the Account Summary page, open the confirmation email for a product, and click the link at the bottom of the message (https://register.pearsoncmg.com/userprofile/up_login.jsp). Then enter your login name and password.
Remember that the easiest way to register for Pearson products is to create and use just one login name and password in one user account.
