About assignments on mobile devices

Students can complete assignments in the MyLab Player on a tablet, laptop, or PC. Using the player on smartphones might not provide the best experience.

There are limitations for students using tablets:

The Pearson LockDown Browser does not allow students to work on tablets.
In older courses, students see a PDF version of any Flash-based eTextbook.
In older accounting courses, Flash-based DemoDocs do not work on tablets.
Not all assignments are fully optimized for accessibility.
The MyLab Player can be used with the JAWS screen reader, but some capabilities are unavailable on tablets. Students with disabilities should work on a Windows PC or laptop.
