TestGen retirement

For security and browser compatibility reasons, the TestGen browser plug-in is no longer supported. Most TestGen questions are available in the online testbank in your course.

The TestGen software application is not being retired, only the plug-in for the MyLab Player. You can still use the TestGen desktop application. For more information, see Pearson TestGen.

In most cases, an item analysis includes results for TestGen tests except when the test:

• Was created with TestGen 4.0 or earlier
• Was uploaded before December 2004
• Was set to scramble question order
• Has any question with points set to be greater than 1
• Comes from a different book
• Consists entirely of user items that are not correlated to the book
