Send content questions to Pearson

Send comments, questions, or suggestions about question content to Pearson using Ask the Publisher:

• When you preview a test.
• When you review a student question sent via Ask My Instructor.
• When you review student work in the gradebook.

When you have a query about student work, the question version, student-entered values, and other relevant details are sent to Pearson.

To send content questions:

1. Open the question in the player.
2. Select Get More Help > Ask the Publisher.
3. Choose the type of issue to report.
4. Enter a detailed description of your issue.
5. Optionally attach a file, such as a screenshot.
6. Select Send.
