Take proctored tests

When your instructor requires you to take a proctored test, you use an application called Respondus Monitor Proctoring. This application uses your computer's webcam to make a video as you work and record other information, such as the time you spend on the assignment. The applications send alerts to your instructor if they detect possible cheating. Your instructor can view the video to make sure you haven't cheated.

To take a proctored test, you must work on a laptop or PC and use Chrome as your browser. You also must install the proctoring application. Follow the directions to set up your browser to do proctored tests.

Before you can start a proctored test, you must go though a checklist. Be sure to have a photo ID ready.
