Can I do my assignments on my smartphone?

Doing assignments on your smartphone is not recommended. The player is supported only on computers and touch-screen devices such as tablets.

What happens if I start my homework just before it is due?

If your instructor does not allow access after the due date and you start a homework assignment just before its expiration time, you can continue working as long as you don't leave the homework.

What happens if my homework session expires?

If you start a homework assignment and stop without closing, the player times out, usually after 30 minutes. You get a warning 5 minutes before the player saves your work and ends the homework session.

Why can't I view media such as videos or animations?

You need to install the appropriate app to view certain types of media. Use the Browser Check to make sure you have all the apps you need.

Why is my test shown as incomplete?

Your test is incomplete when:

You do not select Submit test when you finish.
You use the browser Back button or link to other pages in your course during the test.

Why can't I access questions I answered previously after I save a test for later?

If you saved a test to finish later, you can't return to questions that you answered previously.

Why don't I see a grade for my essay question?

When you review a test or quiz that includes essay questions, your grade displays only after your instructor finishes grading your essays.

Why can't I practice my homework questions in Review mode?

When your instructor has limited the number of times you can retry a question, you do not see Similar exercise when you have exceeded the limit.
