Use tutor services

In some courses, you can open a chat session with a tutor when you do homework or Study Plan work. You get an interactive whiteboard where you can discuss your questions and get live help. In most courses, tutors are available 24 hours a day.

If this service is available:

1. Select Get a tutor on the Do Homework or Review Homework page for the assignment.

   This option lets the tutor see the entire assignment before you open the player.

   You also can select Tutoring at the bottom of the player window to get help on an individual question.

2. Enter your question in the whiteboard.
3. The tutor joins the chat session and steps you through the solution.
