The icons displayed across the top of the text editor in the composing space perform the same tasks as typical word-processing icons. Placing the mouse pointer over an icon displays a description of the icon.
Note that the File drop-down menu is in the first position (upper-left) on the icon bar. For more information on the menu commands, see Files in the composing space.
Although most of the icons perform typical tasks, some merit further explanation:
Paste: When pasting text, you choose one of three paste options. See Paste text in the composing space for more information. Another option is to Insert a document.
Upload and insert image: You can insert an image or a link to an image, change the image size, add a border, and add a link to an image. See Insert an image for more information.
Table: There are several table functions that you can use when creating and working with tables in the composing space. See Create a table.
