Share Collections
As you create and build up the content in a Collection, you can share it with one or more instructors. In this way, you can collaborate with other instructors to create a Collection that can be used in different sections of a course taught by different individuals.
Pearson Collections imposes no specific work flow on when to share a Collection. You can share it after you initially create it, after you make a pass through Curated Collections for relevant content, or just before the Collection is ready to be published. The exact timing is left you.
Alternatively, if you have completed one or more Collections that you think would benefit other instructors, you can share each Collection as soon as the instructors' names are set up with a Pearson profile.
Publishing a shared Collection, publishes it for all users. So if you are sharing a Collection, do so before you publish it because once it is published you cannot make changes to it.

- Select Edit Collection for the Collection you want to share.
- Select Share and enter the name or email address of the instructor with whom you want to share the Collection in the Share with field.
- Enter any notes you want to include in the Add Note field and click Send.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each instructor with whom you want to share this Collection.

- Select Edit Collection for the shared Collection you want to modify.
- Select Share and clear the name of the instructor with whom you want to stop sharing the Collection.
- Enter any notes you want to include in the Add Note field and click Send.
