Publish a Collection
To make one of your Collections available to your students, you must publish it. You can publish electronically or in paper format. You specify how to publish a Collection when you create it. Refer to Create Collections for more information.
When a Collection is ready for students, publish it to the format chosen when you created the Collection.
After you submit a Collection for publication, its status changes from In Progress to Published and Pending Approval. Once the Collection is approved by Pearson and is ready for student use, the status changes again to Published and Approved. You will receive an email notifying you when the Collection is approved. If the Collection cannot be published, the status changes to Published and Not Cleared for Use. A Pearson Product Specialist will contact you to resolve any issues in the Collection if Pearson is unable to publish your Collection.
Once a Collection is published, you cannot modify it. Be sure to keep a copy of any Collection you publish so you can revise it later.
