Export the gradebook

MediaShare can export all grades in the current view of the gradebook to a .csv (spreadsheet) file. For example, if you are displaying grades from all courses, MediaShare exports all the grades. However, if only two of the courses have grades, then only those grades are exported.

To export the gradebook:

1. Display the gradebook and filter the information to display what you want to export.
2. Click the Export Gradebook (.csv) button.
3. Open or save the file to your system.

Note: The MyLab cannot import a MediaShare gradebook. However, if you want to add MediaShare grades to the MyLab's gradebook, you can create a custom column and manually add the grades. (See the MyLab's online Help for more information.)
