Viewing a Feature Usage Report

A feature usage report lists which features are in use and which eTexts use them.

To view a feature usage report:

  1. From the eText landing page, click the Reports button to go to the eText Reports Home page.
  2. Click the Feature Usage Report link. The Usage Report page appears.
  3. Click the All Titles button to include all eText titles in the report. To create a report for a specific eText select the Specific Title and enter its Book ID in the field provided.

If you do not know the Book ID, search for it.

  1. Enter the range of dates you want to use for the report or click the calendar buttons to the right of each field and select the dates you want to use.
  2. Select the features you want to include in the report. For example, to include information on notes usage, select the Notes check box.
  3. Click the Generate Report button to create the report.
  4. When prompted to open or save the report, click Open to view the report immediately or click Save to save the report to your computer.
