If you have access to the Reports module, you can view the reports available from the Authoring tool. All reports are saved as Excel spreadsheets. Make sure you have an application that can open Excel documents if you plan to view these reports.
Available reports include:
A feature usage report -- lists which features are in use and which eTexts use them. You can also limit the report to features used over a specific date range. If no date range is provided, then all eTexts are included in the report.
A user report -- lists the number of users by institution for a specified date range. The total number of users in the report is also included.
A user feedback report -- lists any user feedback provided in a specified date range. For each user comment provided, the following information supplied:
