Viewing a User Report
A user report lists the number of users by institution for a specified date range.
To view a user report:
- From the eText landing page, click the Reports button to go to the eText Reports Home page.
- Click the eText User Report link. The User Reports page opens.
- Enter the range of dates you want to use for the report or click the calendar buttons to the right of each field and select the dates you want to use.
- Clear the Institution check box if you only want the total number of users, regardless of the institutions using eTexts . If you want to see the breakdown of users by institution, select the Institution check box.
- Click the Generate Report button to create the report.
- When prompted to open or save the report, click Open to view the report immediately or click Save to save the report to your computer.
Notes
- If you open a report immediately, you can use Excel's File > Save command to save the data for later use.
- If you save a report first, you will be prompted for a location to save the file. Select a location and click Save.
