Change course detail settings

1. Select Settings then Course details.
2. In Scheduling, set the assignment due time, assessment availability, and course time zone. For more details, see Course details > Scheduling
3. In Gradebook display, select a format for student scores. (If you access Revel through an LMS, the LMS sets the format.)
4. In Scoring, for each assessment type, indicate:
   • How many answer tries a student gets and how many points to deduct for each wrong answer. Scoring setting details
   • Whether you accept late work. If you select this option, you can also set a penalty for late work. Students see a flag and message if you allow late work. Late work and penalty setting details
5. Save your changes.

Select Reset to default on the Settings > Course details page.

This change resets both the default page settings and any assignment options you may have set individually. It does not affect any roster settings.
