Troubleshoot grade sync
Quick fixes:
- Wait and check back later.
- Try a manual sync.
- Refresh the page with grade sync settings and try again.
If you still have trouble, search AskPearson or look over these common issues.
A MyLab and Mastering assignment might take up to 15 minutes to show up. If you still don't see the assignment, try refreshing the page. Make sure the MyLab and Mastering assignment has availablity/due dates and is set to sync with LMS. See Help for your product for instructions.
Make sure the student correctly linked accounts and registered.
There might be a time out, delay, or network error for grade sync. This might happen because of large class sizes, multiple sections, or many assignments to sync. Wait a few hours and then try turning grade sync on and off or syncing assignments one at a time.
Some MyLab and Mastering gradebooks allow duplicate assignment names but the LMS gradebook does not. Make the assignment names in your MyLab and Mastering course unique. Then return to LMS and sync the grades.
There are duplicate grade columns, a mixture of raw and weighted grades, or a mixture of assignment and overall scores in your LMS gradebook. This might happen if you change grade sync settings. Clean up or delete grades in your LMS gradebook that were synced before you changed the settings. Then sync again.
Remove the grade schema from the MyLab course and then sync grades.
