Exporting a Presentation
You can export any presentation you create in Pearson Class Preparation tool. Exported presentations can be saved in PowerPoint or HTML format. Use the following table to understand the differences between these two formats.

To export a presentation:
Select the folder containing the presentation you want to export.
- Click the Export button.
- Select the format into which you want the presentation exported (HTML or PPT). The following text appears:
The requested folderis now ready to export. Click OK to continue and provide a filename if prompted.
- Click OK to continue. A dialog box appears. By default, the name of the file matches the name of the folder containing the presentation you are exporting.
- Accept the default file name or enter a new name for the file.
- Navigate to the location where you want to save the export file.
- Click Save. The presentation is exported and saved to the location you select with the file name you entered.
