The Formula expression
The Formula expression (expressionOchemEvalFormula) converts the student’s response in to a chemical formula (for example H2O) and compares it to the author’s coded formula. Enter formulas in plain text. For example, H20 would be entered as H20.
- The Formula expression is available for items created with either the solutionOchemSkeletal or solutionOchemMechanism answer type.
