Add foods to your profile

After you create one or more profiles, the Diet tab becomes available. On the Diet page you can:

  • Search the MyDietAnalysis database for foods you plan to eat
  • Create custom foods or recipes if you can’t find them in the database
  • Add food to meals on one or more days
  • Delete foods from the diet

You make these changes to the selected profile, which appears in a bar at the top of the page.

You can also determine recommended serving sizes for foods.
