Create or edit a profile

Create or edit a profile with your personal information. A profile is needed to generate nutrition advice and reports.

Create a profile

  1. Complete the Basic information fields:
    • Name
    • Birthdate
    • Sex
    • Life stage
    • Height — Optionally, choose to use metric units for height and weight.
    • Weight — Optionally, choose to use metric units for height and weight.
  2. For Weight goal, select:
    • Maintain weight
    • Gain weight — If you select Gain weight, enter a Target weight.
    • Lose weight — If you select Lose weight, enter a Target weight.
    • Target weight — Enter the number of pounds to gain or lose per week.
  3. For Activity level, select your current activity level:
    • Inactive — You do not get any moderate or vigorous physical activity per week.
    • Minimally or insufficiently active — You do some moderate or vigorous physical activity per week.
    • Active — You do 150 minutes to 300 minutes of moderate physical activity per week.
    • Highly active — You do more than 300 minutes of moderate physical activity per week.
  4. Choose an avatar to associate with the profile.
  5. Select Create a profile to save the profile.

Edit a profile

  1. Edit the Basic information fields.
  2. Edit the Weight goal.
  3. Edit the Activity level.
  4. Change the avatar to associate with the profile.
  5. Select Update to save the profile.
