Enter an ACCUPLACER//MyLab Learning Locator code

When you first sign into an ACCUPLACER//MyLab course, you are prompted to enter the Learning Locator code you received with the results of your diagnostic tests. If you do not have a locator code, contact your instructor or Pearson Support. You can't sign into your course without entering a locator code first.

If you retake the diagnostic tests while you are enrolled in the course, you receive a new Learning Locator code. You can enter this code to rebuild your Learning Paths.

  1. Go to the Course Home.
  2. Select the Enter New Locator Code button, above the calendar.

    The Enter New Locator Code page opens.

  3. Enter the code you received and select OK.

Your Learning Paths are re-built to reflect your test results. The modules and topics that you have mastered are excluded and ones that were not previously tested are included.
