Graph straight lines Updated 26 Jul 2021 You can plot a line between two coordinates using the grapher. Plot a line Select the line tool. Click or tap in the graph to locate the first coordinate. Move to the second coordinate and click or tap. Your completed line appears and is selected. Select a line and a point Use the selection tool to select a line or a point: When a line is selected, it turns orange. When a point is selected, it changes to a blue bulls-eye/double circle. Change a line/point To move a selected line, either: Drag the selected line to a new position. Press Shift plus an arrow key to move the selected line up, down, left, or right. To change a selected point, either: Drag the point to a new position. If your instructor allows, select Edit Coordinates, enter the new coordinates, and select Submit. To remove a selected line, press Delete on your keyboard or select Delete in the tool palette.
