Manage the roster

Use the Gradebook > Manage Roster page to view, export, and edit the roster, check when students last logged into your courwse, grant and deny access to the course, and manage enrollments for students, teaching assistants, and instructors.

You can review the following information on the Gradebook > Manage Roster page:

Use the View menu in the top-left corner of the roster to filter the roster list by:

Download roster

You can download the roster in comma-separated values (.csv) format.

The .csv file contains student data in the following order:

  1. From the Gradebook > Manage Roster page, click Download.
  2. Follow the prompts to open or save the file, and to choose an application to use:
